the apartment was clean it had everything i needed for a short break. the staff was helpful. the location was good and it was surprisingly quiet despite being near the main road.

i found stains on the furniture and carpet it looked shabby. the fridge had a strong rotten food smell. the shower had very low pressure so it was difficult to wash hair.

i found the location excellent, really close to jesmond metro station. the apartment was clean and spacious, also well equipped. accessing the city centre was very convenient.

the wifi signal was weak and intermittent. this made it difficult to work or stream videos. i hope the hotel improves the wifi soon.

The bus stop was a short walk, taking me to the hospital in about 7 minutes. The bed was big and comfortable. Housekeeping visited daily to ensure I had everything needed (which I found very helpful).

The pillows were not very comfortable.
